BAAM Wine is a business area within BAAM Consulting AB. BAAM Consulting AB was founded in 2017 by Benny Larsson.
We support wine makers with a distribution infrastructure, sales & operational services to un-look market potential in Scandinavia. We have a close colaboration with our partners ensure high quality wine, sustainable and ethical production and distribution methods to a fair price.

BAAM Wine operates BAAM domaisn BAAMWine.com, BAAMWine.se and BAAMConsulting@com. These domains includes includes information about alcoholic beverage and to visit you have to be minimum 25 years old!

BAAM Wine acts as data controller for all BAAM Wine processing of your personal data. Purchases of our products are made directly from BAAM Consulting AB, which together with our transport supplier is responsible for the transport in Sweden until delivery to you as a customer. Consent: Based on the consent that can be given in connection with the purchase of products or services and when registering as a member with us, BAAM Wine compiles information about our customers and their buying habits and interests in order to profile the customers in different categories. The purpose is to be able to offer customers relevant and customized information and marketing from BAAM Wine through such profiling.
Legitimate interest: In order for us to be able to provide, develop and improve our products and services and to increase our competitiveness, we also process your personal data in certain other cases, such as for direct marketing.

BAAM Wine takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed and stored securely. Your personal data is never stored longer than permitted by applicable law and to achieve the purposes stated above. Your personal data will be processed by us during the following time periods.
Member or customer: If you have a subscription to BAAM Wine or if you have otherwise registered for any of BAAM Wine's digital services, your personal data will be saved until you cancel your subscription or unsubscribe from our services, but no later than three years after your last purchase or your last canceled subscription. However, this does not apply if we need to save your personal data longer due to any of the points below.
Performance of agreement: Personal data (name, social security number, address, telephone number, e-mail and payment and delivery information) provided in connection with ordering subscriptions and goods and services is saved as long as required for BAAM Wine to be able to fulfill the agreement with you. This includes, among other things, fulfilling delivery or warranty commitments.
Consent: In cases where we process your personal data with the support of your consent, we only save your personal data as long as we have your consent to it.
Legitimate interest: We may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes for up to three years after the end of the customer relationship, unless you opt out of such direct marketing before then.
Legal obligation: We save, but do not otherwise process, the personal data that forms the basis for declaration to the tax authorities in Denmark and Sweden due to applicable alcohol, tax and accounting legislation for seven years after the end of the customer relationship.
Information about our customers is an important part of BAAM Wine's business and we do not sell the information to anyone else. We only transfer information as described in this Privacy Policy. We always exercise the utmost caution when transferring your personal data and your personal data is never passed on without our support in this privacy policy and that appropriate security measures are taken.
BAAM Wine may supplement your personal data with additional information by collecting information from other private and public registers, such as the Swedish National Personal Address Register (SPAR), BisnodeSverige AB and Klarna AB. Through such coordination, enrichment and updating of your personal data may take place.
Your personal data may also be disclosed in order for BAAM Wine to comply with certain legal obligations and may be disclosed to the tax authorities and other relevant authorities in Denmark and Sweden respectively when permitted and required by law.

Such withdrawal may be made in whole or in part. If you do not wish to receive marketing and promotional offers from us, you can contact customer service or, in the case of direct marketing by e-mail, unsubscribe from future mailings through a link in the relevant mailing. As for the latter, you will have the opportunity via the link to click through and manage all your subscriptions to newsletters from BAAM Wine.
At your request, we may terminate your Member Account and delete or anonymize your personal data as soon as possible. Deletion of data will take place in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy. We may also close or disable accounts that are not being used.
